HEM V100 Band Saw

With a capacity of 18” left X15” and 18” right X 14” right, the HEM V100 band saw can handle a variety of applications. It has a number of standard features that make it simple to operate and fine-tuned for precision cuts. The manual control is located at the front of the saw, making it easy for operators to observe cuts as they’re made. The powered guide arm and powered tilt with angle read out enable quick, systematic performance. The HEM V100 band saw also offers adjustable clamping pressure, feed rate, and cutting pressure.

Protects Blade Life

The HEM V100 band saw comes standard with blade guards, which helps keep the blade from vibrating as it the saw executes cuts. The flood coolant system also protects the blade by lubricating the application and keeping the blade at a lower temperature. Coolant also washes away chips that build up during the cutting process, ensuring smooth, uninterrupted cuts.
