The Trajan 812 uses a 7’-9” x ¾” x .032 saw blade. This provides faster production rates and square cut capabilities.
The adjustable guide arm along with carbide blade guides and pre-guide roller bearings provide maximum stability of the saw blade ensuring square cuts, and to ensure your parts are cut to the correct length time and time again there is a positive work stop. The saw head is made from heavy duty cast material to dampen vibration and increase blade and machine life. This machine is so stable you can run carbide blades on it to cut material such as Stainless Steel, Inconel, Hastolly and other high alloy steels.
Power and Convenience
The Trajan 812 has ample power to cut the high alloy steels, The 812 features 1 horse power blade drive motor and 3 speed direct drive gearbox with blade speeds of 135, 197 and 256 feet per minute. Featuring a manual tensioning mechanism the Trajan 812 makes changing blades easy and gives you the proper band tension with every blade.
To secure the material save time clamping The 812 is made with a cast vise base and saw vise, which features a quick locking mechanism for easy setup.
The ability to swivel the vise for miter cutting up to 45 degrees in one direction, giving you the flexibility to cut angles quickly. The down-feed controls on the 812 feature a decent rate control giving you more precise control over the feed rate of the saw head.
Coolant System Helps Protects Blade Life
The Trajan 812 features a completely self contained coolant system to increase blade life. In addition to the coolant system for keeping the blade clean a chip brush has been incorporated into the design to assist in removing chips from the blade teeth. The saw is equipped with caster wheels and a handle for easy portability in your shop.
