The Trajan 712N incorporates a 7’-9” x ¾” x .032  saw blade to provide faster production rates and square saw cuts. The adjustable guide arm along with blade guide roller bearings provides saw stability and ensures accurate square cuts. The saw head is made from cast material to dampen vibration and increase blade and machine life. The saw head can also be stood up vertically and used as a contour type saw when the cutting plate is installed.

Cutting Versatility

This Trajan 712N cutting machine features 3/4 horsepower blade drive motor with a step pulley blade speed system that enables operators to vary blade speeds between 135, 197 and 256 fpm. A manual tensioning mechanism makes it easy to change blades on the Trajan 712N. It also means each blade will have proper tension.

The Trajan 712N is made with a cast vise base and saw vise. It also has the ability to swivel the vise for miter cutting up to 45 degrees in one direction.

Accurate Controls

The downfeed controls on the Trajan 712N feature a descent rate control, which gives operators more precise control over the feed rate of the saw head. The Trajan 712N features a completely self contained coolant system to increase blade life.

In addition to the coolant system for keeping the blade clean a chip brush has been incorporated into the design to assist in removing chips from the blade teeth. The saw is equipped with caster wheels and a handle for easy portability in your shop.
