Flexible Functionality

The Trajan 150 Band Saw Machine is 110 volts, so they can work in any setting.  It’s driven by a potentiometer DC motor. It’s engineered to allow the operator to adjust the blade speed from 75 to 246 feet per minute. This feature allows the blade to run at an optimal speed for different grades of material. When operators can make the appropriate adjustments, saws will run smoothly, thus increasing blade life.

This 5” round capacity band saw will also miter 60 degrees to the right, via the swivel head. Most saws miter via the vise, but the Trajan 150 band saw arrangement makes for more accurate cuts. Furthermore, it won’t compromise the vise holding power. This portable bandsaw can be used in different applications such as fence builders, plumbers, fabricators, muffler shops and mobile welders.

Precision Cutting

With this Trajan 150 band saw, your miter cuts will be more precise. This cutting machine enables operators to keep material straight and to pivot the head to the desired degree of miter. This provides little to no clean up after cuts, especially on on sawed parts. It also affords operators and better welds on fitted material. Adjustable blade guides, trigger handle, and a stop rod are also included in this great package.
