High-Tech Cutting Power
Possessing some of the most convenient innovations in band saw technology, the Velox VX-530 is a breeze to use. The touch screen control panel enables operators to input programming and select settings. It also alerts operators to abnormal saw functions and how to remedy them. A working light makes it easy for operators to see what they’re doing.
The material detecting devices on the Velox VX-530DC reduces cycle time — it allows the saw bow to approach the work piece and then slow the pre-programmed cutting rate. It’s conveniences like these that save both time and money, increasing efficiency. The Velox VX-530DC also has a PLC system, which can be programed to perform multiple functions, and a motor inverter control system that manages blade speed.
To help eliminate material slippage, the Velox VX-530 is equipped with full stroke cylinders that clamp quickly and firmly. The automatic hydraulic shuttle and died vises also help to hold material still as the saw makes a cut. This cutting machine is engineered to help shops complete jobs quickly, accurately, and efficiently.
