The Wide Flange series is one of HemSaw’s newest lines of saws, but has become an established source of success at a variety of metal sawing shops.

Advanced Systems
The HEM WF160 comes standard with a computer-controlled feed system that makes introducing material to the saw simple and automated. This saw also has a solid-state programmable logic controller. This feature controls all the hydraulics, mechanical and electrical functions.
There are also a series of systems that make this saw particularly innovative. The cut watcher system, for example, monitors the squareness of cuts against a pre-set deviation value – a truly necessary feature for high production environments.
